1. Domestic Clients (India)
For clients based in India, the following terms apply for service cancellations:
1.1 Cancellation Request
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email (info@anubhawenterprises.com) or through our official communication channels.
The cancellation request must specify the project or service, the reason for cancellation, and the expected termination date.
1.2 Cancellation Timeframe
Cancellations made within 7 days of the project start date will be eligible for a full refund of the advance payment, minus a 5% processing fee.
Cancellations made after 7 days but within 30 days of the project start date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the advance payment.
Cancellations made after 30 days are non-refundable. However, any remaining work not yet completed will be assessed, and partial credit may be issued for future services or projects at the discretion of Anubhaw Enterprises.
1.3 Non-refundable Services
Work that has been started and/or completed, such as website designs, logos, content writing, SEO work, digital marketing campaigns, etc., will be charged at full rates.
Any third-party services or purchases made on behalf of the client (e.g., domain registration, hosting, paid advertising, etc.) are non-refundable.
1.4 Termination of Contract
If a client wishes to terminate the contract after services have commenced, the client is responsible for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.
A formal termination letter or email must be sent at least 7 days prior to the intended termination date.
2. International Clients (Outside India)
For international clients, the cancellation terms may vary slightly due to international payment processing and different contractual agreements. The terms are as follows:
2.1 Cancellation Request
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email (info@anubhawenterprises.com).
The cancellation request must be submitted at least 14 days before the scheduled project start date.
2.2 Cancellation Timeframe
Cancellations made within 14 days of the project start date will be eligible for a full refund of the advance payment, minus a 10% processing fee to cover transaction and administrative costs.
Cancellations made after 14 days but within 45 days of the project start date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the advance payment.
Cancellations made after 45 days are non-refundable. However, any unused or uncompleted services may be credited towards future projects or services at the discretion of Anubhaw Enterprises.
2.3 Non-refundable Services
All work completed, including web design, SEO, digital marketing services, and any associated materials or third-party services, is non-refundable once started.
Expenses incurred on third-party purchases, subscriptions, domain registration, hosting, and other external services are non-refundable.
2.4 Termination of Contract
International clients who wish to terminate their contract must provide written notice at least 14 days before the desired termination date.
All completed work up to the termination date will be invoiced, and the client is responsible for settling any outstanding balances.
3. General Terms for Both Domestic and International Clients
3.1 Refund Process
All refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days after the cancellation request has been approved. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
In the case of international clients, currency exchange rates may affect the refund amount, and Anubhaw Enterprises is not responsible for any variations in the refund due to exchange rate fluctuations.
3.2 Communication and Resolution
Any disputes or concerns regarding cancellations will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
Anubhaw Enterprises strives to resolve all issues amicably and professionally, and we are happy to discuss alternate solutions, such as credit for future services, in the event of dissatisfaction.
3.3 Force Majeure
Anubhaw Enterprises is not liable for cancellations due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other force majeure events that may impact the fulfillment of the contract.
4. Changes to the Cancellation Policy
Anubhaw Enterprises reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes to the policy, and such changes will apply to new contracts or services entered into after the notification.
