1. General Information
These terms and conditions govern the provision of web development and digital marketing services by Anubhaw Enterprises ("Company," "We," "Us," "Our") to its clients. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
2. Scope of Services

Graphic Design and Branding
E-commerce Solutions

3. Agreement
The service agreement between Anubhaw Enterprises and the client will be established once the client provides a written confirmation via email or signed contract to begin work on the agreed services. Upon receipt of this confirmation, an official start date and project timeline will be provided.
4. Fees and Payment Terms
Domestic Clients (India):
All services are priced in Indian Rupees (INR).
A 50% upfront payment is required to begin work, with the remaining 50% due upon completion before the final deliverables are provided.
Payment should be made via bank transfer, online payment portals, or any other mutually agreed-upon method.
International Clients:
All services are priced in USD or other agreed-upon currency.
A 50% upfront payment is required to initiate the project, and the remaining 50% is due upon project completion.
Payments are accepted via wire transfer, PayPal, or other mutually agreed methods. Any additional transaction fees are to be borne by the client.
5. Deliverables and Timeline
The estimated timeline for the completion of services will be communicated upon project initiation. Anubhaw Enterprises will make all reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines but is not responsible for delays beyond our control, including client delays, third-party delays, or unforeseen events.
6. Revisions and Approval
The client will be entitled to two rounds of revisions for the design and development services. Further revisions may incur additional charges.
Once the client approves the final design or deliverable, no further changes will be accepted unless mutually agreed upon.
7. Ownership and Rights
Domestic Clients: Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables. Anubhaw Enterprises retains the right to use the work for promotional purposes.
International Clients: Upon full payment, the client holds full ownership of the final deliverables, except for proprietary components such as themes, plugins, and software used during development, which remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Confidentiality
Anubhaw Enterprises respects the confidentiality of its clients' business and intellectual property. Any confidential information shared during the course of the project will not be disclosed to any third party unless required by law or with the client's consent.
9. Termination of Services
Either party can terminate the agreement with a written notice if:
The other party breaches any material terms of the agreement and fails to rectify the issue within a specified period.
The client has failed to make the required payments.
If the contract is terminated before completion, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
10. Liability
Anubhaw Enterprises does not accept liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from the use or inability to use the services provided.
We make every effort to ensure that all websites and digital marketing campaigns are free from errors, but we are not liable for any unforeseen consequences.
11. Force Majeure
Neither party will be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to events outside their control, such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, or changes in laws.
12. Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify and hold Anubhaw Enterprises harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to intellectual property infringements, defamation, or misuse of content.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Domestic Clients: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved by arbitration in Patna, Bihar.
International Clients: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved via arbitration in Patna, Bihar, India, or another mutually agreed location. The language of arbitration will be English.
14. Modifications
Anubhaw Enterprises reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
