At Anubhaw Enterprises, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure that our clients receive the highest quality service. In the event that a refund or cancellation is required, we have set the following policies for both domestic and international clients.
1. Refund Policy
Domestic Clients (India)
Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be provided under the following circumstances:
If the client cancels the project before work has begun.
If the project has been partially completed but the client is dissatisfied with the work, a partial refund may be issued, based on the stage of completion and mutual agreement.
If there is a technical error or issue directly related to our services that cannot be rectified within a reasonable period.
Refund Process:
To initiate a refund request, clients must submit a formal email to info@anubhawenterprises.com within 7 days of the service delivery date or agreement date.
Refunds are processed within 15 business days after the request has been approved.
The amount refunded will depend on the stage of the project at the time of cancellation, and we reserve the right to withhold any costs incurred for materials, tools, or services already provided.
Non-Refundable Services:
No refunds will be provided once the project has been completed, delivered, and accepted by the client.
No refunds are issued for digital marketing services after the work has commenced or any marketing campaigns have been launched.
International Clients
Refund Eligibility:
International clients are eligible for a refund under the same conditions as domestic clients, specifically in the cases of early cancellation or failure to deliver the agreed services.
If services are provided in full and the client is unsatisfied, a partial refund may be offered after evaluating the completion status and discussions between the client and Anubhaw Enterprises.
Refund Process:
Refund requests must be submitted to info@anubhawenterprises.com within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Refunds for international clients will be processed within 20 business days from the approval date.
Refunds will be made via the same method of payment used by the client, and any transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or bank charges will be the responsibility of the client.
Non-Refundable Services:
Once the project is completed and the final deliverables have been provided, no refund will be issued.
Digital marketing services, once started (e.g., ad campaigns, SEO efforts, social media management), are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation Policy
Domestic Clients (India)
Cancellation Before Work Commences: If a client decides to cancel the project before work has started, they are entitled to a full refund of any amount paid in advance.
Cancellation After Work Commences: If the client wishes to cancel the project after work has begun, the following applies:
Clients must notify Anubhaw Enterprises at least 3 business days before the intended cancellation date.
A cancellation fee will apply, which will be calculated based on the amount of work completed and the resources used. The client will be refunded the remaining balance after deducting this cancellation fee.
Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total project value is required for project initiation. This deposit is not refundable if the client decides to cancel the project.
International Clients
Cancellation Before Work Commences: International clients can cancel the project before work begins and will receive a full refund of any advance payments made.
Cancellation After Work Commences: For international clients who wish to cancel after work has started:
The client must provide a written notice of cancellation at least 5 business days in advance.
A cancellation fee will apply, which will be based on the percentage of the project completed at the time of cancellation. The refund will be issued after deducting the cancellation fee.
Non-Refundable Deposit: Similar to domestic clients, an advance deposit of 20% of the total contract value is required. This deposit is non-refundable in case of project cancellation.
Cancellation Fees:
For projects that are 50% or more complete, no refund will be provided, and the client will be liable for the entire project cost.
For projects that are less than 50% complete, a partial refund will be provided, minus the cancellation fee based on the stage of work.
3. Exceptions and Limitations
Force Majeure: Anubhaw Enterprises will not be liable for refunds or cancellations due to external circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or internet service outages.
Client Non-Responsiveness: If a client fails to respond to progress updates or communications for a period exceeding 30 days, Anubhaw Enterprises reserves the right to consider the project abandoned, with no refund issued.
Payment Disputes: Any disputes related to payments must be resolved directly with Anubhaw Enterprises. Clients should not initiate chargebacks or disputes with payment providers until resolution has been attempted.
